I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Guidepoint in Mar 2020
Interview
Went through 2 rounds of interviews- first team member of potential group, other was with a VP. Both interviews were very similar; behavioral and then analytical questions. Interviewers didn't seem too interested in talking about job or experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Guidepoint (Bengaluru) in Nov 2025
Interview
1st telephonic interview it was basic hyginic like long term goal and all , then case round which was research based, then offline 5 rounds, everthing one can think of
One of the worst interview experiences ever. The interviewer was continuously trying to show his deliberate dissatisfaction with my answers while invalidating the questions I was asking him at the end. That's an irrefutably bad approach for interviewing a candidate. He had little to no respect for my background, culture, and personal identity and ended a 45 minute interview in less than 30 minutes. Highly negative experience.

Question 1
Q. Elaborate on your work experience so far as a professional.
Initial interview with HR followed by one-on-one interview with hiring manager. Asked to then complete a research and writing assignment over the course of 3 days and then followed by a longer team round with multiple interviews. And then a final interview with the CEO of the division. After a long and drawn-out process, didn't hear anything for multiple weeks after following up and given no concrete answer, which was obviously a red flag itself.
