Applied and received an e-mail a couple of weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The interview was very casual and basic questions were asked, such as why I applied for the position, why guidepoint should hire me, and what other positions I was looking at. A positive experience.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.

Applied by LinkedIn and received the call from the recruiter in a few days. Then a recruiter asked me a simple question like where do I live, and when is the best time for in-person interview.

Interview
Brief Phone Call/easy behavioral questions. Then an in-person interview in New York with 6 different people. All very Friendly people who weren't there to make you nervous. they all asked variations of the same questions
