Interview
Quite straightforward, submitting a CV and Cover Letter, then a 30 min initial screening call asking general questions about you and behavioural questions. Then speaking to two project managers in a similar style.
Basic questions (availability, how did you know this company, what do you know about this company)
Previous experiences related to the position (experience of multi tasking, when you had a conflict with others)

It was a brief, informal interview for the first round and I was told they would be in touch. The company is not for me but seems to offer good benefits.
