Interview
The interview process was clear, structured, and well-coordinated. Each stage involved relevant stakeholders who asked thoughtful, role-specific questions. Expectations were communicated transparently, and I appreciated the time-efficient approach, fast feedback, and professionalism throughout.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint
Interview
I applied for the TA role through LinkedIn. I got a call for Interview
The Recruiter sent me an assessment which had around 6 questions . I completed the assignment and submit to her and attended the first round of Technical discussion which was really good. I answered all the questions.
The person who took my interview said me that she was highly impressed with my answers and wants to have next round of discussion but the panel is not available so have to wait for a week. I was so excited as the location I applied was for Mumbai my home town. I decided to quit other interview calls which were in final stage as they were for Bangalore, Pune , Kolkata and Chennai location.
After a week I got a mail that they have decided to go ahead with another candidate.
If you had already made your mind why you people told me that I have been shortlisted for the further discussion. I wouldn't have cancelled the other interviews and messed up everything.
If this is the recruitment process for a Recruiter so I can understand how you poeples are managing the process for Technical and Non Technical folks.

The process was long and drawn out. Had 2 rounds and met with about 3-5 people. Had to come back to meet with the CEO for the final round and he was 30 minutes late and stayed for 5 minutes, if that. It would have been better if they said he could not make it. Very rude.
