I applied online. I interviewed at Guidepost Montessori in May 2021
Interview
The interview was with a corporate HR person, then there was a shorter second interview with head of school. The first interview was much longer than the second interview. The first interview covered qualifications and basics. The second interview was more logistics and whether we are a good fit for one another.
Phone interview: about 45 minutes, asked generally easy questions. Was asked to fill out a written interview.
Written interview: several pages, asking questions about hypotheticals, ex: what if a child knows the name of the letter but not its sound. Took about an hour.
Final phone interview: a place to ask additional questions, there was more info given about the specific school hiring, and some continued conversations about Montessori.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Guidepost Montessori (Marlborough, MA) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was virtual, I met with the head of the school and with someone from the company. They were both absolutely lovely and seemed passionate about Montessori and teaching in general. Easy interview because they were so friendly and easy to talk to - open to my answers and asked follow-up questions to go a little deeper.
