I was contacted on LinkedIn to share some views and experiences of Montessori in Vienna. After speaking with this rep from Higher Ground, I was asked to speak to a Talent Coordinator. The latter suggested that I be interviewed by a representative residing in Paris. On my interview day, I had to send an email to the Talent Coordinator to see if my interview was to go through as I had not received any emails or messages. Surely, the interview started late and it was done hastly as the interviewer wasn't prepared (perhaps unaware she had an interview to do). As GM says it supports its employees in professional development and growth with GM, I requested if other job opportunities could be open or discussed with the company. However, this communication was never answered. Therefore, I felt my experience was only to share what they needed and not the same in return.
