It seemed like everything was asked from a script. Tell me about a time questions, very little interaction with interviewer outside of the questions and definitely not warm and welcoming.

Asked important questions that determined several qualities imperative to early education and childcare quality. Went through my background, typical interview, etc. However, certain questions can decipher whether or not this is a good fit. Sure, you can enroll in classes as you perform your job. Their job is to find someone to be a good foundation or an experienced montessorian to help our communities grow. It’s important to show that being a good teammate, leader through example, effective communicator, and trustworthy liaison with parents is the overall goal. Hiring someone with different intentions is simply a setback.
