Standard for the industry. They will ask you to write some code while you're being monitored, make sure to write all code in the browser window itself. Once passed you'll have a bunch of meetings scheduled in for you. For me they were 3 hours of meetings back to back which were very taxing. The first was a technical interview, then there was a HR interview followed by an interview with your potential department lead.
