Interview
I applied via their website and it took 4 months to get a response, other than the automated email response. I had two interviews which both seemed to go well. Three months after that, still no communication, and the position is still open. I will not accept a position if anyone does get back to me. I think this company is growing too fast and doesn't have the structure in place to handle it.

Nothing unusual, typical questions about experience, skills. It was so long ago, hard to remember. There was something about how to motivate employees I believe.

Interview
It was over the phone, and it took only 30 minutes. I was with several people on a conference call. I really do not remember much about it other than it was terrible. Manager acted like he didn't even want to be on the call.
