Interview
Two phone interviews, followed by two onsite interviews. First onsite involved presentation of portfolio to 10 or so employees, second onsite interview was a skills test in which I had to do a quick design/model following a prompt.

Question 1
I was asked to explain my roles with previous employers, as well as clearly defining my contributions to a group project that I had included in my portfolio.
After the introduction was the discussion about my work. It was a group of interviewers from the design team. They asked a lot of questions about my work and challenged me about my design decisions.
