Initial application process and screening interview was fairly straightforward - a little info about the role, tell us about yourself, why this role, why are you making a change, etc.
From there, the process got very rigid and scripted. Every interviewer was clearly reading from a list of questions, with little to no room for deviation. Questions were mostly the same for all interviewers.
Worst of all, after spending a total of more than 6 hours interviewing, 5 of those split over two days, requiring time off from my current job to accommodate, I was told abruptly that there would be absolutely no feedback regarding the decision not to move forward. This is no way to treat a prospective "Gustie" - to require such a significant time commitment, and then to slam the door shut with no explanation is totally unprofessional, and inexcusable. I was not feeling a good fit before, and this awful approach confirms that Gusto is not a place I want to work.
