Group interview but they pulled people one at a time to interview with just the basic interview questions, they do it in about 3 separate rounds and if you made it to the final round it was an interview with the unit director, which I did. Questions were very basic and easy they were just looking for not your ordinary basic answer! I called back every day after the interview until I got the job.

Basic Interview questions like in the online application, basically the same questions. Call the day after you put in your application! They like persistence, go up there and introduce yourself to the service director!
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
