I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H E B (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I first received a phone call from HR about accepting an interview in person.
Second i arrived at the RDC Warehouse security gate and checked in with my ID then waited in the produce break room.
(I advise to wear warm clothing during your visit to the warehouse) A trainer named Arthur O gave me a tour of the warehouse before showing me to the 2nd "Wolfpack" break room where i waited to talk to Victor.
Victor along with a 2nd interviewer had asked me pre written questions about my current and past work experience that would be sufficient enough to work in RDC. I was told it is "not an easy job just for anyone". Then he said we will contact you after our final decision. The next day HR contacted me that i was accepted and needed to arrive a 2nd time to complete paperwork and submit a drug screen.
After i passed my background and screening, i had to get a physical from "fit for work" where i also passed. Then afterwards i attended a 2 week physical endurance camp by fit for work to weed out the weaklings. After camp i started my probation period at the RDC warehouse.
After probation i received my benefits and discount card.
