secondly it get a little more serious in an actual interview with service manager, star questions and situational questions
ending with your interview with store manager

If a customer comes up to you with a problem, shows you their bag containing bleach and ground beef right next to each other, and says I could have bagged my own goods. What would you do?

Really straight to the point. They asked my life goals and what I wanted to do with my life. They seemed very happy to know that I would be helping them in this position. I was with the company before this interview, but it was just protocol that we have the interview.
