I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H E B (McAllen, TX)
Interview
I was called in for an interview shortly after I applied. The CCOM that interviewed me was very nice and patient, which made me more comfortable rather than nervous because that was my first interview ever for my first job. The questions were easy. Pretty much just asked about your qualities and skills and they want to see how you interact with people because that’s like 80% of the job, interacting with people. They do take their customer-employee experiences seriously.

Question 1
What would you do in a situation where you encounter a large spill or mess and it wasn't your job to clean up the mess?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at H E B (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was 2 separate interviews. My interviews went well, but I was not chosen. I was hoping that after the first interview I would be chosen to be an employee there since it went really well, but that just wasn't the case.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H E B (Donna, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
Well, it's pretty easy to do. Just make sure you are in a quite environment and it does give you more than one chance to rerecord. Other than that, the process is easily doable.
