Interview
5 minute phone interview where they ask you a bunch of questions. The process was very fast paced. If they like your answers they will invite you to the group interview on the spot.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good
