      Full Case Selector Interview

      Aug 3, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H E B in Jul 2015

      Interview

      1. I submitted an online application 2. Received a phone call a week and a half later about an interview. Their were two interviews. The first interview, I was asked Why I was fit to do the job 15 times, 15 different ways. Then I was asked if I can do hard manual labor 6 different times, 6 different ways. I was passed along for the second interview 3. The second interview I was asked why I could do the job, on a scale of 1-20 how much more amazing was I in comparison to other candidates, if I could do the job 17 times, asked in 17 different ways and If I could do hard manual labor 4 times, 4 different ways. You'll be brought into the floor to see everyone work to try to scare you and convince you that the 10 different times that you said you could do manual labor, you really can't. 4. Upon waiting 3-5 days after the second interview, you'll be passed along to the hiring manager, where he will deny you employment immediately for having a student schedule, and/or no experience in another warehouse doing manual labor that requires little to no skill; only sheer force of will. 5. If you recieve no phone call within a week, check your spam folders for an automated denial email, for they are too cowardly to call you over the phone and or return your phone calls asking for a reason for denial.
