Interview
The employer was very friendly, asked me about my previous work experience in which I had next to none, the employer was still proactively friendly and helped me find a position in where I could achieve the best skills for a specific position. My interviewer was a very nice, young gentleman who was very involved in capturing the best aspects from my pool of skills. Overall, HEB is a very versatile company who actually includes their employers in their economic revolution.

Are you an active team member? Are you the "proactive leader" of your group in school, clubs, or any extracurricular activities? Do you have any previous work experience such as volunteer work?
so took me a very long processes after 8 applications i final got an interview after 4-5 months but decline the offer because of the pay and hours It really for teens and college students
The interview process was interesting as we had an interview as a group. One side the interviewers and on the other leads from the store departments. They asked questions and we answered.
