2 levels, group and then solo interview. It took a few days of my time. And honestly the group interview was eh. But after getting past it the solo is almost basically guaranteed.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
