Interview
It was a group interview with about 10 people in the room in a circle. They had us answer about 5 questions on a paper about ourselves and volunteers offered to go first and it went in a circle. Then they had us individually with a manager reenact a scenario where a customer is upset and there is no manager around and we have to handle it. Lastly, we had products under our seats that we had to practice our sales skills to try to sell a product to a customer.

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
