Case Study and HR interviews
The process was okay, there was a chance to learn about the role and the team. However, the case study interview is very data focused. It really depends on the interviewer that you get and what kind of personal and case study questions they are asking.
Questions are very situation based and experience based, but in my opinion some of them can be refined because those questions she very little light on the candidate's work ethic and how excited the candidate is about the role. It also felt like the drive, ambition and desire to learn is not something they are looking for in candidates for this position. The interviewers also were really cold and sometimes uninterested.
Not the best interview experience. They are also not able to give constructive criticism and feedback so it is hard to understand what went wrong.
Advice: approach case study questions like you would approach consulting case studies. Show them what is your thought process and try to get the math right because it seems that can impact the decision as well!
