I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&M in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online and within a week the Department manager had a phone interview 1 on 1 with myself just to get to know me as a person. Asked about previous work experience, what I've done to contribute to my previous job and what I've learned from working. Before the interview was over he had asked me if I could come in the following Wednesday. I was ecstatic.
Did a lot of research here and other places just to get an idea of what they were looking for. (Highly reccommend)
When I came in for my next interview at the store I was interviews by 2 department managers. They both asked questions, one more that the other since the other was taking notes. I've been in retail for 3 years and luckily landed a management position so I had an idea of what they were looking for since I've held interviews myself. They were very welcoming and had put a lot of emphasis on growing within the company. They also gave a brief history of their experience with working with the company which was enjoyable.
3 days later another manager had called me in to schedule another interview and they had also asked me to bring bank information (direct deposit purpose) and 2 ID verifications. Came in again the following Wednesday and 6 of us came in and I thought it would of been another interview but it was introducing ourselves and getting to learn a bit more about working for the company and then we signed paperwork for employment. We all got the job! Which was cool.

It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
