Largely based on operational productivity - the interviewer hardly seemed interested in who I was as a person, a leader or results driver. Strictly intersected in how fast you can process shipment and makes sure it gets out on the floor - I wouldn't want to shop for that kind of company.

Normal retail chain interview, consisting of questions about prior experience, personality, etc. The interviewer was very kind and the questions were the normal ones that you would expect for such a position.
