The interview process took less than 3 days and was offered the job on the spot. Applied online for a hiring day fair in Toronto in April - 2017. Got an email the next morning with the invitation to the event and was told to dress to impress!
There was hundreds of people coming in and out of the venue, and had to line up to get onto the elevator to get to the event space. Lined up for about 45 mins for my interview, but before that you had sign in and fill out a sheet with your name, availability, etc. The actual interview room was filled with tables with 1 on 1 interviews going on. Then when I got to the interview, the interviewer was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. They asked me various questions about myself, my previous experience, and some scenario questions. Got about 4-5 questions, until the interviewer invited me to a "second" interview at an assessment center.
The assessment was 2 days after my initial interview. Was grouped with multiple other people, where I did different tasks to show my personality and abilities. This lasted about 2 hours, but very fun and met a lot of nice people. Just be very out-going and happy, the recruiters/interviewers are very nice.
