One on one with the store manager, relatively casual interview with questions such as your background and any relative experience with sales. Overall, it’s not a hard interview, just make sure to be polite and enthusiastic.

It was very standard and quick , I had a phone interview Tuesday & then was asked to come in for a face to face that Thursday, when I got there I was asked by the hiring manager to pick out an outfit for a concert & then I had 2 interviews one with a hiring manager and another with the store manager & I was hired on the spot
I applied and then didn't hear back for almost three months. When I did have an interview they acted like they couldn't be bothered to waste their time to find employees.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (New York, NY)

Not hard i would say it was pretty average. It was quick and straightforward. They were nice and told me i would here from them in a few days to tell me know if i got the job or not
