I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Bristol, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was in a group assessment with about 30 other people. We had to do various activities such as giving answers to different scenarios; making a collage in a group for what we would advise a certain kind of customer to wear; and making a small presentation in a group of what we think good customer service is.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.
