Interview
First round was a take home test where I had to implement a Web API for them. Which includes following.
1. API
2. SQL Server with EF Core, migration etc.
3. Unit tests
4. Azure pipeline implementation
5. Azure Resources implementation
6. Integration test
7. ARM template
8. Connection to external API
9. Azure AD Auth.
10. H&M specific C# test.
This is nearly a week work if its by their own employee. But to you they give 3 days and expect that i leave all my work and complete their stupid tests.
I would say its fine. Possibly expected but not in 1st round. They should talk first. Take some basic interviews and only if you see candidate is well suited, try these tests.
Very unprofessional. I never talked to a single person. Only talked to consultancy who scheduled this crap.
My suggestion is save urself from this crap anyway. Should ask for an early screening, some technical discussions and then latch on to this so that candidate is also serious that this is nearly final round.

One of the rudest interview I have experienced. Starting from the recuiter who rarely picks up the call and if we miss her call doesnt even pick up. There were 2 interviewer, one lady naming from A , said she has 15+ years experience, was so rude. Will make you go blank within 5 minutes. Asked some weird UI questions. Ofcourse I have to prepare more but she was smirking and mocking lively

3 JS coding questions and basic react , node questions
It was a video call interview , interview got rescheduled once due to the unavailability of the hiring panel . Interview was not interactive and the interviewer was not sound and was not able to follow and was not giving enough time to answer to his questions . Looks like he was asking viva rather taking an interview . overall a worst experience.
