I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (London, England)
Interview
My interview experience at HM was truly positive and comprehensive. From the initial screening to the final stages, every aspect was well-organized and engaging. I particularly appreciated the combination of technical assessments and insightful conversations with the HR manager. The tests provided a great opportunity to showcase my skills, while the discussions allowed me to highlight my experience and enthusiasm for the role.
Two rounds of virtual interview; with HR and then the hiring manager and the regional director; no assessment centre; just ask and answer only; it was relatively easy; It was an internal movement
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you approach the problem when you are not given much support
The interview process typically involves an application review, a phone or video screening, followed by in-person or virtual interviews with team members. It may include technical assessments, behavioral questions, and discussions about the role, company culture, and compensation.
Very lengthy interview with a long list of questions about your experience, case based questions which may or may not be relevant to your profile. They ask for examples even for things you have not done. No update post the interview, no reason was provided for not selecting.
