I did an online interview where I watched videos of "customers" who had an issue or a question. I then had to answer with what was the best way to go about it.

One thing that they asked me was what I would do if I was already helping someone and someone else came up and interruppted to ask me another question.
Engaging and interactive, having opportunity to engage with managers and customers at the same time. Actual sit down interviews were fairly brief/in groups with opportunity to shadow during business hours.
"The interview process went smoothly and I felt confident in my answers. I made sure to mention my customer service experience and I felt I connected well with both the interviewers and the other candidates in the group."
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
