Pretty straight forward, Applied through the H&M website, upon sucessful first stage, you then get to do this online assessment where they will assess how you are as a person and how you carry yourself. Once completed and if you pass that, you get moved to the interview stage with another 4-5 people if you pass that then you pretty much get the job and go through the induction.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
