H&M interview questions

I applied online at H&M's website to be a sales advisor at two locations. Afterwards I received an automated e-mail saying that they are reviewing my qualifications. Seeing that I don't have any retail experience, and I applied numerous times before and was contacted the next day to know that I my qualifications didn't match the position I was applying for, I expected an answer the very next day. It took two weeks before I received a response. Because I applied to two locations, I received two e-mails, one saying that my qualifications weren't what they were looking for (figures), any another stating that I should call the recruiter and set up a phone interview. I did just that, and the next day the recruiter called. She seemed really friendly, and the interview was pretty relaxed. She seemed satisfied with my answers until I told her my availability. Due to religious practices, I am not able to be available all weekend, and she asked if I can adjust my schedule. I wouldn't budge, and she said that all employees have to be fully available on weekends.
