1. Phone Interview - basic questions about yourself, why your are interested
2. Heard back a few days later and was asked to take 3 online tests - a logic one, math one, and email inbox simulation. Results are given immediately after taken.
3. Invited to assessment day in Stockholm. The first hour consisted of a company presentation. Then we were split into groups of 3. There were 100 candidates for 20 spots. 3 interviews - 1 group case, 1 group CV interview about past experience, 1 personal interview with HR.
