Interview
Phone call over the phone, 2nd screening was in person. Basic tax knowledge required and commitment to scheduling. Nice people, nice office, nice vibes. It is at the end of the day a tax office.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at H&R Block (Niles, IL)
Interview
This interview took place several years ago. It was an easy process, more like "getting to know you" in terms of hours and flexibility. Unfortunately, I was unable to commit to their desired level of flexibility. When they realized that I had young kids to care for, they indirectly suggested that I apply "when I am ready".
