There was an organize structure of interview. The office manager of the location asked set of questions. Then after he was done, they made an on spot decision. I met with district manager and he informed me that I got the job if I pass the final exam.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
