I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at H&R Block (Costa Mesa, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied Online. A interview agent called me and setup and interview. I showed up on time. The interview took place not in an office but in one of those booths. The interviewer asked me only 3 questions from an interview guide. She wrote down my responses and she said that was it. This took less than 10 minutes mind you. I drove quite a while to get to this office only to spend less than 10 minutes in the interview. In my experience whether I an offer was extended or not, an interview took more than 10 minutes. I don't recommend pursuing working for this company.

Question 1
What is the best accomplishment? Why do want to work for H&R Block? What is one thing where you've gone over and beyond for a customer?
I applied online and received a response very quickly. Had one interview where I was asked pretty basic interview questions about what I was looking for in a job. It was a part time seasonal position so the process was very lowkey.

Interview
They responded fairly quickly to my application to set up an interview. I felt a bit bombarded in compliments and they sent me an offer suspiciously quickly. Other than that, the interview was a total breeze.
