Interview
Very brief and short, took only about five - ten minutes max. Asked general boring questions--when are you available to work, are you good at handling stress, when you came upon a problem, how did you handle it?

Describe a time when you gave great customer service.
It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
