I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

Interview
after you passed the exam in H&R Block, the HR manager would come to your class, and took about 5-10 minutes talk with you, one by one. The interview was easy, don't worry about it.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
