I applied online. I interviewed at H&R Block (Washougal, WA) in Nov 2021
Interview
I found the opening for a receptionist on Facebook I believe. I applied and received a phone call within a couple days. The lady that interviewed me asked about my skills and history and told me she thought I would be a good fit for their Associate Team Leader (ATL) position. From there I had a on-line interview (on their platform like zoom) with the lady over the ATL's. The next step was an in person interview. I let them know I wouldn't be coming as it ended up not being a good fit for my family at the time. It was a great experience and I was sad I didn't get to work with those I had contact with.

Interview
Teams meeting with 2 MTL. Told position is paid training from Nov to Dec on-line at your pace & several in-office with role playing. Then full time in January thru April 15th.
It’s pretty easy, they are very thorough and detailed, the interview process is not long but they do care about being able to multitask in a stressful, fast paced environment.

Interview
Good experience, friendly. But I was not told before the interview that the desired position had already been filled. They offered another position, but the salary was lower than expected.
