Interview
The interview started with introductions and small talk via Zoom. The recruiter began asking a series of questions about my background, skills to assess if I was the right fit for the role. I didn't ask too many questions about the company and the role as I felt pretty prepared already.
Applied the position online, and received the email to conduct a one way video interview. have been asked a few questions based on customer service and skills, and why choose this position.
