Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to manage conflicting priorities or expectations from multiple stakeholders. How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at H&R Block (Kansas City, MO) in Sep 2013
Interview
This was a unique process, I believe, because I was recommended by the person currently holding the position. The first step was an HR phone screening. Then there were several 1:1 and 2:1 several interviews with leadership, other directors and the team the position would be managing. HR did an excellent job communicating and facilitating the process.

Question 1
