Interview
Took the tax class for 3+ months...passed barely with 71%. The teacher who taught a class, which started out with around 15 people but ended up with around 6 people, was not an experienced teacher and not too mention her 1st year of teaching. We barely caught on to anything g but I manage to pass. Afterwards we received a certificate, then we were scheduled for anot her week of 'skills' classes. We didn't do an interview we were hired and had to fill out a bunch of paperwork online...once tax season started we went to our scheduled location of work and started practice forms on the installed program for work.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Ask about you and your experiences. Super easy interview, need no preparation honestly.
Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
