Apply online, called into office for interview. Sat down with office manager, very casual. Asked basic questions on customer service experience and my availability. Offered position on the spot. However, I have worked for the company in the past. First time I worked there, interview was a 1:3 interview (1 manager : 3 interviewers). Same type of questions, was called with an offer within a week.

It was just a single interview with the office leader (not the branch manager).
It was super easy and quick. The interview was done inside one of their local H&R Block offices.

The manager asked me questions about my experience, my availability, the required questions from the corporate form, and described the job to me, then asked if I'd like the job. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted later via an official offer letter from corporate.

In person short interview with OM, not very intimidating welcoming environment. I was called in the next few days and offered the job after the interview. Very quick hiring process.
