I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HAECO Americas
Interview
The first two interviews occurred over the phone, but they were very lighthearted and were more so based on getting to know more about me as a person and my personality. There weren't any extremely technical questions, but they did ask about my technical interests and what experience I had.
After the phone interviews, I was able to have an onsite interview with four different representatives with different levels of experience, and it was a great experience. They used some time to ask a little more about me and my thoughts of the company, but the rest of the time was used to explain the goals of the company and what kind of atmosphere they try to uphold, which is a family atmosphere. It was a great experience!
