The interviewer asked me general questions about myself, my rotations during school, and my technical skills. She really focused on my ability to handle the weather and most importantly the move to a rural area.

Are you ready for the big move from a city to a rural area?
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
