I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interviewed with three different people and lasted about forty-five minutes. They each asked two questions. Be prepared to ask them questions. The interview process was very normal. First question asked was why you were interested in the opening position?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Houston, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
Meet with Adriana briefly in her office, then meet with the team of ten EA’s in a conference room. The team here is currently all female. You’ll talk about your background and experience. Each team member will ask you a question and let you know that it’s a very fast paced job that is stressful and in office daily.

Question 1
Will be asked: how to handle two WebX events scheduled for the same time in two conferences on opposite sides of the building?
I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Charleston, SC) in Dec 2021
Interview
First interview was over the phone with a recruiter who gave me more details about the job and asked me about my background/education/goals. She also asked just a few situational questions ("tell me about a time when ...."). I was later connected with 2 executives from the hiring department who gave me more information about their mission, their department's needs, and how I could help. They also asked me a few of the "tell me about a time when" questions.
I haven't heard back yet (it was only a few days ago), but overall the interview experience with HCA has been much more positive, welcoming, organized, and informative than others I've had recently with local hospitals.
My advice to anyone preparing for an interview with HCA for an executive assistant position would be to make sure you have plenty of your past professional experiences at the top of your mind, so you can reference them when asked.
This was a positive experience, even if I don't get a job offer. I would encourage others to apply with this company.
