got called in, interview was simple and fast. they changed it several times. waiting to see if i got the job. Everyone was nice even though I was nervous. Asked simple and personal questions.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
