Interview
First a phone screening followed by an in person interview with the nursing manager and then the nursing director for the unit. Shadowed a floor nurse and then did a group interview.

Standard questions. What is your biggest weakness, what would you do in "x" situation?
panel interview. Reviewed resume and was very laid back and wanted to talk about hobbies and what I would be nervous and excited about working as an RN. They were nice and very informative. The position was for StaRN residency
Interview was very conversational and relaxed. We spent more time talking about the role & our previous experiences in that specific speciality. The manager was very friendly & approachable which made the interview less nerve-wracking

Very casual and organized. I was check in immediately. I was there about 45 minutes to one hour total. They had several positions available. They let me know I'll be contacted in 1-2 days. Additional instruction on parking considerations for the area would have been helpful.
