Interview
Introductions were made as I was brought into a private room, set aside from the floor and direct patient care being provided on the unit. After introductions, I was asked to tell a little bit about myself. I was then asked more direct questions. It ended with a couple clinical questions. Afterwards, I was shown around the unit and was told I would hear from them soon.

How do you typically handle a stressful day at work?
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
