The director called me directly out of the blue, asked me a few screening questions, and then invited me for an in person interview/tour. After the interview, I received notice from the HCA website that I was not selected for the position and a few days later got a call from HR that they had an offer for me, claiming that the rejection was a mistake.

Why do you want to work for an HCA hospital? Why don't you want to work for an HCA hospital?
It was easy and straightforward like any other interviews and the interviewer was wise and patient. The environment was cool and lovely. Not to mention that the employer was smart and kind.
30 minute interview with the chief pharmacist and the clinical director interview questions which were clinical and also based on professional standards. It was challenging but it was just one interview not many and there was no written work

Only had an initial phone screen. I received an email to schedule which was an easy process. It was an audio only call with the recruiter. Overall a pleasant experience.
