Was very friendly and accomodating. They led me through the process and I thought that the interview process was very fair. I did the interview in person at their office. I was asked why I was interested in the job.
3 step process...there was a cross section with 10 individuals thru the entire process not just the department that i was interviewing for... the culture is to be able to get along with all aspects of the hospital.
The interview process took around six hours. After receiving a day badge/ID, went to meet with multiple staff and conducted individual interviews. For lunch, a few staff members took me to a nearby restaurant.
